To help you get started, I offer a free demo session. During this session, we’ll work out together, and you’ll experience firsthand how my personalized approach can help you. There’s absolutely no risk, just an opportunity to see if this is the right fit for you. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, gain strength, or simply feel healthier, this session is designed to show you how personal training can bring out the best in you.
If the demo leaves you wanting more there is two packages available. The first is an $85 one hour session that helps you find out, in a low-commitment way, whether or not a personal trainer is right for you. However, if you've decided that you want the full benefits of a personal trainer you can get the 10 session package. This package is $850 and includes ten hour long sessions. There are two benefits to this package. The first is that you get two sessions free, meaning more money in your pocket. The second benefit is that repeated, consistent, sessions allow me to optimally get an understanding of your body, goals, and abilities. This allows me to create a program custom-made for you and your goals.
