Brian's Journey
Goals
Despite being a competitive athlete for most of his life, Brian came to me in pretty bad physical condition. With several athletic injuries, and a bodyweight of 350lbs, Brian’s goal of getting back on the basketball court seemed far away.
Process
Over the course of a year Brian and I worked closely together, training in person 3 times per week. We began with fundamental exercises, increased movement, and emphasized food tracking. Pretty soon the pounds started to roll off, and injured joints started feeling better as they gained new strength and lost the burden of excess fat.
Results
By the end of our year of training Brian lost over 75 pounds. To top it all off Brian is now back to playing full court basketball 1 to 2 times a week - the accomplishment of which I am the most proud. The work ethic, focus, and consistency over the year has instilled a lifelong change in Brian’s daily routine.

Goals
Gellie’s initial goal probably sounds familiar to a lot of you: lose some fat, “tone up”, feel more confident in her body.
Process
Gellie and I trained together twice per week for 6 months. Our training together was mostly focused on lifting weights in order to improve metabolism - with some additional homework of steps and dietary changes. Gellie never made any excuses. She showed up to her workouts consistently, she put in the cardio minutes on her own time, and most importantly she’s reduced her calories and increased her protein in her day-to-day diet.
Results
Gellie stripped off 25lbs of fat while adding muscle and strength - bringing down her bodyfat percentage by an amazing 10%. She’s still been able to enjoy her life, have a party with her friends or enjoy drinks/food on a night out, while still crushing her fitness goals.

Goals
While the most common issue for people is losing weight, others have the opposite problem. Pouya came to me skinny and wanting to bulk up. A natural "hard gainer" with a slim body type and a low appetite level, putting on mass was a challenge.
Process
Pouya trained with me one time per week for a year. We focused on lifting weights with proper form and intensity for the purpose of building muscles and gaining strength. Pouya followed the workout programs I wrote for him on his own 3-4 times per week.
Results
After a year we put on an amazing 15lbs of lean muscle - but he didn't stop therePouya has continued on his journey after our training finished and has continued to put on another 10+lbs of muscle using the knowledge he gained from our time together.
